AI-First · Product Thinking · Technical Execution

I'm a Staff Product Designer with 15+ years of experience, including 6.5+ years at Wolt (DoorDash), working across B2C and B2B ecosystems in 30+ markets. I thrive in undefined spaces, turning ideas into real-world products. I work AI-first and operate as a design engineer, combining product thinking with hands-on technical execution.

Starbucks Storefront

Wolt • 2024-2026

Major enterprise partners needed a Wolt-powered ordering experience that felt native to their own brand. As Wolt's first whitelabel platform, Storefront launched across hundreds of Starbucks venues in Japan, the result of end-to-end work spanning client collaboration, product design, and hands-on engineering contributions to the codebase. Japan-specific challenges shaped the product: dine-in QR ordering, a custom address flow built for the complexity of Japanese addressing, and bespoke views for enterprise-scale operations.

Role: Lead designer + code contributor

Valore

Personal project • 2025-2026

Most apps for tracking net worth are either too simple or too locked down. Valore is a personal iOS app I designed and built end-to-end in Swift, tackling the challenge of making multi-currency portfolio tracking feel intuitive at first use yet increasingly informative as your financial picture grows. It has been continuously iterated with deeper analytics, goal-setting, and richer visualisations.

Role: Solo designer + engineer

Wolt/DoorDash Kiosk

Wolt • 2026

A 0-to-1 project on a 3-month timeline: design a shared in-store ordering kiosk from scratch for Wolt, replace what DoorDash already had running on hundreds of US devices, and build reusable systems both platforms could continue shipping on. I led the full product design and contributed Kotlin code, including the landing screen and an order complete screen with a custom receipt-printing animation. Special attention went to large tap targets, consistent navigation placement across screens, and a brandable system flexible enough for any merchant environment, launching to real customers in Helsinki in late 2025.

Role: Lead designer + code contributor (Kotlin)

Wolt Picker App

Wolt • 2020-2022

The design challenge was making a fast, high-stakes workflow feel simple across a huge number of edge cases: weight-based items with variable pricing, substitutions requiring customer sign-off, missing items triggering refund flows, and barcode scanning across thousands of SKUs. None of it could stall a picker mid-job. Built from scratch to run on any mobile or tablet, the app grew to become the primary tool used by every merchant on the Wolt platform. I regularly embedded in Wolt Market to put dev builds through real grocery collections, using what I observed to cut friction and drive the next round of iteration.

Role: Lead designer

Wolt Rewards

Wolt • 2022-2023 • Japan

Loyalty mechanics only work if they match the culture, so when Wolt built its first rewards experience, Japan was the deliberate first market. I led design for the points and tier system across Wolt's mobile and web products, validated through benchmarking and user testing in a country where loyalty expectations are exceptionally high. The intent was always to scale globally, with Japan serving as proof that the concept and design could hold up where it matters most.

Role: Lead designer

Storefront Tooling

Wolt • 2024-2026

Merchants needed to get their Storefront live fast and keep iterating without engineering support. The tooling suite covered the full lifecycle: a self-service onboarding flow completable in under 5 minutes, theme customisation, report downloads, and an embeddable widget builder that let merchants inject order modals and call-to-action buttons directly into their existing website. Those widgets moved conversion by 40 to 100% depending on merchant and placement.
